With more opportunities of working with foreign companies, Vietnamese Students are eager to get an international degree with Western Universities.  Top level and mid-level Managers, however,  prefer Executive Education Programs  in partnership between local Universities and their foreign counterparts.  Among the preferred destinations are the English Speaking countries such as US, UK, Canada, Australia.  Although core modules such as Finance, Management, International Business are among the most popular areas of study, skills in Intercultural Communication is, in my view, the most important skills that Vietnamese learners need first and foremost.
